All equipment supporting B13140 shall be removed from B13143 Mechanical Support Building. Facilities shall be inspected and, if found, all Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) or lead-based paint (LBP) within or on B13140 and B13143, at Vandenberg SFB, CA, shall be removed and properly disposed of.
