## Description

The purpose of solicitation amendment 0002:

1. Solicitation Amendment 0002 posted to notify contractors that the proposal due date has been extended.

2. Request for Information responses posted.

3. Amended Statement of Work posted including 48 hour response time for contractors. See para 1.2.4.4, “Task Order Response Time”.

4. All other terms and conditions remain in effect and unchanged.

The purpose of solicitation amendment 0001:

1. Remove the requirement for offer guarantee.

2. All other terms and conditions remain in effect and unchanged.

**Project Title:** Base-wide Corrosion Control and Protective Coatings Contract for Vandenberg SFB, California Revised solicitation, note the following:

A. Solicitation is corrected to Standard Form 1442. B. Proposal due date extended to 11 April 2024 at 01:00PM PDT. C. RFI due date extended to 2 April 2024 at 01:00PM PDT.

**C. Section L:** Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors changed.

**D. Section M:** Evaluation Factors for Award changed.

1. This requirement is being set aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b)(1) for an 8(a) small business competitive basis 2. Contract type: Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) 3. Anticipate a 12-month basic year, and 4 option years 4. Minimum guarantee of $10,000 for the basic year only with an overall maximum of $5,000,000.00 5. Award of funds will be made by individual task orders to the basic contract and may range from $100.00 to $400,000. No individual task order shall exceed $1,500,000.00 6. Each task order cost will be determined by multiplying the quantity (e.g., SF, LF, or EA) by the pre-negotiated unit price list for each task listed in the contract 7. Specification:

Note to offeror(s)/supplier(s): Funds are presently not available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are made available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror at any cost. 11. The proposal shall be valid through 30 September 2024.
