## Description

*Amendment 02 is effective 1/24/2024: The purpose of Amendment 02 is to update the PWS dated 24 January 2024. *Amendment 01 is effective 1/18/2024: The purpose of Amendment 01 is to change the deadline for any questions from Thursday, 09 January 2024 to Monday, 22 January 2024 and include Questions and Answers #1.

Please see attached RFQ Combo letter dated 20240118 and Fire Equipment Maintenance RFI QA 1 dated 20240118. The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, materials and other items and services necessary to repair the Aircraft Fire Training Facility and supporting infrastructure to enable a fully functional facility capable of meeting mission fire training requirements.

Contractor will also perform quarterly, annual and emergency testing, repairs and maintenance for 30 CES Fire Department’s (30 CEF) Aircraft Fire Training Facility (AFTF). The Dept. of Defense (DOD), Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC) Technical Order (T.O.) 35E1-2-13-1 and Air Force Instruction (AFI) 32- 2001, Fire Emergency Services Program, require a rigorous and well documented maintenance and testing program on the above named trainers and equipment.

The goal of this maintenance effort is to keep the live fire facilities, training props, and various firefighting equipment in complete working order at all times. The contractor shall provide all parts, labor and materials necessary to perform normally scheduled maintenance in accordance with industry standards, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) USAF standards and manufacturer’s recommendations.

Prior to performing any maintenance or repair work identified in this contract, the contractor shall provide proof of training, certification and appropriate professional credentials. * This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. * The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 811310, and the applicable PSC is J042. This acquisition will be made as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, with a size standard of $5.5 million. * Please see attachment 1, Performance Work Statement, for a detailed description of services required. A Pricing Schedule is incorporated as Attachment 2, Pricing Schedule.
