## Description

This Request for Quote (RFQ) Bowling Lane Oiler for Vandenberg Space Force Base, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A bowling lane oiler is required at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 339920, Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing, with a size standard of 700 Employees.

This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in Federal Acquisition Regulation of FAR Part 12. To ensure an adequate response, please read the attached SF 1449 solicitation document with detailed instructions and Performance Work Statement for the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) quantities, unit of measure, description, period(s) of performance, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition.

Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein, reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section).

**NOTE:** Delvery cost should be incorporated in the cost of the item required. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. Any questions or comments must be submitted to johnny.barreto@spaceforce.mil via email. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. Proposals are due NLT 24 September 2024 at 12:00 PM PST. Offers must be submitted in writing; oral offers will not be accepted.
