This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. "Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs." This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 237130, Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction, with a size standard of $45 Million. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in Federal Acquisition Regulation of FAR Part 12. Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document, Performance Work Statement (PWS) for contract line-items numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. PST. Offerors shall meet at the Vandenberg Visitors Center no later than 8:00 A.M. PST. All prospective offerors are highly encouraged to attend this conference/site visit. Prospective offerors will be responsible for transportation between sites. Prospective offerors are advised to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hardhats, reflective vests, safety glasses, etc. In addition, it is recommended that prospective offerors wear pants and closed toe flat shoes. Prospective offerors are limited to two representatives per firm for the site visit.
