## Description

Amendment 01 Incorporates Attachment 06 - Carpet Installation at Building 490 Questions and Answers Request for Quote Number:

**FA4610-24-Q-0022 Project Title:** Building 490 Carpet Installation This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for Carpet Installation Services at Building 490 on Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB) and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a combination synopsis and solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 314110, “Carpet and Rug Mills”, with a size standard of 1,500 Employees.

Please see the attached Combination Synopsis and Solicitation document and Performance Work Statement (PWS) for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. applicable clauses and provisions are located in Attachment 4. Offerors are required to utilize the Price Schedule located in Attachment 2 to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein, reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto.

The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached Price Schedule. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. Any questions or comments must be submitted to aaron.morse@spaceforce.mil and mitchel.rinehart@spaceforce.mil via email. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted.

Questions must be submitted No Later Than 22 May 2024 at 3:00PM PST. Quotes are due NLT 29 May 2024 at 12:00 PM PST. Offers must be submitted in writing and ONLY via email to aaron.morse@spaceforce.mil and mitchel.rinehart@spaceforce.mil. Oral offers will not be accepted. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted.
