## Description

The 30th Contracting Squadron (30 CONS) is conducting this CSO Call as a Total Small Business Set-aside. To be considered a small business eligible for contract award, the offeror shall be a small business IAW the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) current published Table of Size Standards for the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of the proposed solution. This announcement is for a One-Step, Closed Call under the Space Launch Delta 30 (SLD 30) CSO, FA4610-23-S-C001.

The authority to issue this One-Step, Closed Call is derived from the SLD 30 CSO, FA4610-23-S-C001, dated 08 March 2023. The Defense CSO is authorized by DFARS Subpart 212.70 (DFARS Case 2022-D006 effective 17 August 2023). Not reviewing the CSO may lead to offerors missing instructions and pertinent information and could result in elimination from being considered for an award or receiving an award after being selected as an awardee. This Call is not an authorization to begin performance, and in no way obligates the Government for any cost incurred by the offeror associated with developing and submitting a proposal. Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance under this Call, the Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the Contracting Officer with appropriate consideration established. The Government reserves the right to modify this Call via amendment at any time.
