Sourcing the required IDS and ACS equipment from PSG through a sole source acquisition is not only justified but necessary to maintain the security, integrity, and functionality of the systems. Alternative solutions would compromise operational efficiency, incur additional costs, and introduce risks that cannot be accepted, especially given the sensitive nature of the Air Force's security requirements. Therefore, procuring these services from PSG is both a practical and justified decision. 3.
