## Description

The purpose of this requirement is to replace a room entry door for building 5546; room 301 located on Barksdale Air Force Base (AFB), Louisiana. The contractor will be required to attend a site visit on 11 July 2024 before submitting a quote.

**Site Visit Required Prior to Submitting Quote:** Please note that a site visit is mandatory before submitting a quote for this project. The meetup location for the site visit will be at Wilbur Wright Dr, Barksdale AFB, LA 71110. The meetup time will be 1:00PM CST. Upon arrival at the meetup location, a representative from 2 CONS will sponsor contractors onto the base. Please be prepared to present a physical, valid ID for entry. Electronic IDs will not be accepted.

The representative will then guide contractors to the location of the site visit. Please ensure that you arrive promptly and with all necessary equipment to fully assess the project requirements.
