## Description

This requirement is for the purchase and installation of various SVTC components to upgrade the A1 Auditorium on behalf of AFGSC/A1 on Barksdale AFB, Louisiana as a 100% small business set-aside. Per FAR 5.705(b) the contract action was fixed-price and not awarded competitively. Rationale is provided in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1 - Sole Source Justification.
