## Description

NON-MANUFACTURER RULE WAIVER This sources sought is posted in pursuance of a non-manufacturer rule (NMR) waiver with the Small Business Administration (SBA) for the procurement of a spectrum analyzer under NAICS 334515. The SBA currently does not have a class NMR waiver for this NAICS. If your entity is a small business manufacturer of spectrum analyzers under NAICS 334515; please reach out to the listed points of contact. Upon reaching out, entities will be provided the Statement of Need (SON).

Entities shall respond whether they manufacture a spectrum analyzer that meets the requirements outlined in the SON. SOURCES SOUGHT The 55th Contracting Squadron has an ongoing requirement to acquire a fixed (desk-top) or portable (handheld) spectrum analyzer.

It is imperative to the mission of the 55th Communications Squadron that the spectrum analyzer exhibits the following specifications: Signal and Frequency Range 9 Khz to 80 GHz Vendors can provide equipment with larger ranges, as long as they cover 9 kHz to 80 GHz Additional equipment specifications/capabilities required will be provided in the SON All responsible entites my submit a response.

Responses shall include the following information: Entity Name CAGE/SAM UEI Business Size Requirement would be fulfilled as a manufacturer or reseller Capabilities Statement Please email this information to both listed points of contacts. This sources sought posting fulfills the pre-solicittion requirements in accordance with RFO 5.101(c).
