The purpose of this requirement is to repair/upgrade various generator control systems, enable automation in power distribution between public electric power and on-site backup electrical power generators, and to provide the ability to manually transfer electrical power sources via a Human-Machine-Interface (HMI). Please see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more information. The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB, NE is requesting all vendors with the apparent capability and desire to perform the requirement, submit a capabilities statement demonstrating the ability to perform the requirement outlined in the PWS. Citations for any past or ongoing contracts with another entity, governmental or other, that they consider to be relevant in scope to this requirement are also requested.
