The purpose of this requirement is to conduct a study of the atrium and auditorium with two different flooring types: existing carpet and proposed terrazzo flooring. The study should include mitigation techniques that can be used in the auditorium when using the existing audio system. The Atrium study should include mitigation techniques that can be used with the proposed audio upgrade design.. Please see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more information, including specific dimensions of the Areas of Performance (Atrium and Auditorium). The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB, NE is requesting all vendors with the apparent capability and desire to perform the requirement, submit a capabilities statement demonstrating the ability to perform the requirement outlined in the PWS. Citations for any past or ongoing contracts with another entity, governmental or other, that they consider to be relevant in scope to this requirement are also requested.
