## Description

This Product Description (PD) outlines the software product and supporting product deliverables for Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System (ACARS) for C-5M aircraft. The product deliverable shall be a C-5M compatible aircraft Operational Flight Program (OFP) with supporting certification artifacts and documentation. The product shall comply with all C-5M certifications as found in section 3.1 prior to final acceptance.

The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. This request is issued for the purpose of:

obtaining quantities available, other market information, and better defining the C-5M requirement(s) related to potential future ordering needs.
