This update states "The offeror shall provide with its offer a written plan describing how it will continue to perform the essential contractor services listed in attachment 01 - PWS - Section 5.1.4, Mission Essential Contractor Services, dated 15 June 2026, during periods of crisis. Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date from 15 September 2026 to 21 September 2026 at 9:00 AM CDT as well as upload an updated combined solicitation to reflect the extension (Combined Solicitation Ver 3 - FA4600Q0101 - 9.14.26). No further extensions will be granted. Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to upload Attachments 05 - 08 as well as additional apendix A - I. There are three Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) documents pertinent to the solicitation.
