Government Clarification: The specific CUI provided to the contractor will consist of as-built drawings and structural schematics for Offutt Air Force base. The contractor must have access to these controlled technical documents to accurately survey, design, and construct the new HVAC system. Furthermore, any derivative engineering plans, updated schematics, or construction deliverables generated by the contractor that incorporate or expose data from the original as-builts must also be categorized, marked, and protected as CUI (specifically, Controlled Technical Information / Critical Infrastructure). 2. Tasks Necessitating Level 2 Certification (Self-Assesment) Contractor Inquiry: If the Level 2 requirement is retained, could the Government identify the contract tasks that necessitate Level 2 certification?
