Project Title: Construct South Lot 3

Description: Provide all labor, transportation, equipment, tools, permits, supervision to construct parking lot IAW attached Drawings and Specifications.

Project Location: Offutt AFB, NE

1. SITE VISIT: 17 August 2026, 1:00 PM CST at bldg 1000, Offutt AFB, NE. Interested offerors that currently don't have base access must submit the completed Attachment 02 - 55 SFS Contractor/Vendor NCIC Screening Pass Request spreadsheet to Laura Stemick at laura.stemick@us.af.mil by 10 August 2026 10:00 AM CST.

2. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer no later than 24 August 2026, 10:00 AM CST. An amendment addressing these questions will be issued subsequently. SEE ATTACHED RESPONSES

Bid opening (announcement of bids) will be conducted via teleconference the business day following the bid submission deadline. See attached guidelines.SEE ATTACHED MEMO. BID OPENING WILL BE CONDUCTED 15 SEPTEMBER 2026 AT 1:00 PM CDT VIA MICROSOFT TEAMS LINK PROVIDED
