## Description

**Description:** The 55 CONS is acquiring a Gate with Cipher lock installation service to block unauthorized personnel from reaching restricted areas of the Bennie Davis Maintenance Facility. This requirement needs a 6' 8" wide by 10' high walkway with open ceiling blocked by a fence with a gate that may be topped with barbed wire to reach the 10' height requirement.

Fence posts secured to the ground and/or walls in a fashion that they could not be manipulated to move, Chain-fence and gate to fit in between fence posts/walls. Gate shall have a Cipher lock model KABA Simplex 1021B or similar with changeable code. Please see desired specifications in Statement of Work attachment.

The designated NAICS Code is 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors If you would like to be present for the pre-proposal site visit, please submit the attachment “55 SFS NCIC Screening Pass Request” no later than 10:00AM 1 August 2025 A pre-proposal site visit will be conducted 01:00PM 4 August 2025. Technical questions are due not later than 01:00PM CDT on 6 August 2025. Answers to questions will be provided no later than 01:00PM CDT on 8 August 2025 Quotes are due not later than 10:00AM CDT on 15 August 2025. Offer acceptance period must be valid through 30 September 2025. Quotes and pass requests will be submitted by email to ethan.taylor.22@us.af.mil and craig.johnson.37 @us.af.mil. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this officer before offer due date and time.
