The controller series is obsolete, and replacement parts are no longer being manufactured, which causes extreme delay times and often emergent upgrades for repairs. These controllers serve top priority mission critical functions housed within this area. The existing Base Management System software is Honeywell Enterprise Building Integrator version 610.
