This Firm-Fixed-Price requirement shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision and other items and services to perform a custom-tailored, professional development program which includes two (2) three (3) credit hour (letter graded), graduate-level courses for 10 USSTRATCOM civilian employees during the spring term of the base period and during the spring term of each of the four (4) one-year option periods.
