The requirement includes all mail metering equipment, maintenance, meter head rental, and training. Equipment and software requirements can be found in the Statement of Need. In addition, the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC) is starting to require the following with mail meters on Air Force installations starting in FY25: (1) hard machine, (2) offers web-based solution for contingency capabilities, and (3) offers FedRAMP certification.
