## Description

To troubleshoot and repair fire alarm panel faults in Building 369, replace the fire alarm control panel display screen in Building 5096, and procure fire alarm equipment for Building 552. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and expertise to complete the following tasks: Troubleshoot and repair Card 1 faults and positive earth faults in the Simplex fire alarm panel in Building 369. Replace the display screen of the Simplex 4100ES fire alarm control panel in Building 5096. Purchase the Monaco MAAP (+) fire alarm panel and Monaco BT-XF building transceiver for Building 552. The government will handle the removal and installation of the purchased equipment. All services must be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
