## Description

This solicitation is a re-solicitation of a previous canceled RFQ. Previous RFQ was solicited under the Notice ID: FA460024Q0066 Offutt AFB has an ongoing requirement for the rental, delivery, and pickup of a variety of tables and chairs for the annual “Defenders of Freedom” airshow, taking place on and around 24-25 August 2024. Contractor shall be responsible for moving items on and off delivery truck.

Rental, delivery, and pickup of tables and chairs including: 8-foot rectangular tables (Qty 36); 6-foot rectangular folding table (Qty 30); 5-foot round tables (Qty 25); Standing cocktail tables (Qty 10); Folding chairs (Qty 1,050). Tables and chairs must be delivered NLT 1200 CT on Thursday, 22 August 2024. Tables and chairs must be removed NET 2000 CT on Sunday, 25 August 2024 and NLT 1200 CT on Monday, 26 August 2024.
