## Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for certified STI SP001 inspection of fifty-five (55) ASTs at Offutt AFB in compliance with NE Title 158, CFR 40 Part 112, and UFC 3-460-03 IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS). QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent by Friday, 16 August 2024 at 11:00 AM CDT. Answers to questions will be posted as soon as possible. OFFER DUE DATE AND TIME Friday, 23 August 2024 at 11:00 AM CDT. AMENDMENTS Amendment 0003 - Adding STI SP001 Annual Inspection Checklist, Formal Internal Inspection Guidelines, formale External Inspection Guidelines, and Leak Testing Methods documents. Amendment date 22 August 2024.

Amendment 0002 - Adding the Questions and Answers Document. Amendment date 21 August 2024.

Amendment 0001 - Updating solicitation from fifty (50) to fifty-five (55) inspectable items, updating Performance Work Statement to address the new requirement of fifty-five (55) inspectable items, and adding an inventory list.
