## Description

The 5 FSS requires recurring Preventative Maintenance and Repair services for all parts of the dome to include fabric membrane, anchoring, inflation, generator, automatic transfer switch, HVAC, lighting and electrical, and emergency protocols and equipment systems. These items need to be maintained to keep warranties intact, protect patrons, and upkeep required Fitness Center Dome service and maintenance.
