## Description

**Request for Information Title:** Anti-Vehicle Barrier Maintenance and Repair - Minot AFB, ND This is a Request for Information (RFI). This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. This RFI, as outlined in FAR 15.201(c)(7), is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever.

Further, Minot AFB is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicitied proposals. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if any is issued. 1. Background Minot AFB is researching commercial options for inspection, repair, and maintenance on each of its four anti-vehicle barrier systems:

(1) FutureNet GRAB 300, (2) Smith and Wesson/Delta Scientific DSC-501, and (1) Delta Scientific IP500H. Preventative maintenance must be performed quarterly on all four systems and will occur almost exclusively on non-holiday weekends. Service calls are to be expected. A 24-hour response time is requested for routine service calls and 6-hour response time is requested for emergency service calls. All local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations must be followed.
