## Description

**UPDATE:** The response time has been changed from a maximum of 2 hours to a maximum response time of 4 hours. The solicitation shall be extended until 14 Aug 2024, 1PM CDT. Minot AFB requires a BPA in place reserving services to contain, cleanup, and/or mitigate the harmful effects of oil, solid waste, and hazardous substance spills at either Minot Air Force Base (AFB), a Missile Alert Facility (MAF), or a Launch Facility (LF), North Dakota 58704.
