## Description

Sources Sought Notice for information on capability and availability of contractors to perform repair and maintenance services on Minot Air Force Base's (AFB) Anti-Vehicle Barriers (AVB). The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to acquire information on the number and capability of qualified Small Business firms interested in a prospective procurement of AVB maintenance and repair services at Minot AFB, ND. This Sources Sought Notice is for market research purposes only and is not a solicitation announcement.

Accordingly, no contract award will result from this Notice, as it does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Responses to this Notice will be used by the government in making an appropriate acquisition decision. Additionally, please provide any potential obstacles that could prevent completion of requirement.

1. Background Minot AFB is researching commercial options for inspection, repair, and maintenance on each of its four anti-vehicle barrier systems: (1 ea) FutureNet GRAB 300, (2 ea) Smith and Wesson/Delta Scientific DSC-501, and (1) Delta Scientific IP500H. Preventative maintenance must be performed quarterly on all four systems and will occur almost exclusively on non-holiday weekends. Service calls are to be expected.

A 24-hour response time is requested for routine service calls and a 6-hour response time is requested for emergency services calls. All local, state and federal safety, installation, and environmental regulations must be followed.
