Type of Instrument: This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). A BPA is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for services by establishing \"charge accounts\" with qualified sources of supply. A BPA is not a contract and does not obligate the Government to order a specific quantity of services.
