## Description

The contractor using the provided 35% Design for Building 435, shall provide all design, labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to provide 100% Design services for the repair of Dormitory Facility 435. This project's design, demolition, and construction shall adhere to Air Force Whole Building Design Guide, Dover Air Force Base Installation Facility Standard (IFS) and all applicable codes.
