## Description

4/9/2025 - Q&A was added to the list of attachemnts. The project consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment IAW SOW dated 3 Aug 2024 necessary to:

A. Crack seal 30,000 LF of asphalt pavement B. Provide and install 4146 LF preformed elastomeric joint seal C. Repair defective manhole structures/covers D. Excavate, as necessary, to support other repair tasks. E. Repair 1000 SF-IN of concrete spalls F. Pave with 2 inches of FAA Mix using up to 5 Tons FAA Mix (PG 76-22 binder). G. Reseed areas disturbed by earthwork excavation. Disclosure of magnitude: Between $250,000 and $500,000
