## Description

Amendment 0002 - Publishing questions and answeres recieved during colicitation. See attachment "Q and A - FA449725Q0019".

Amendment 0001 - Updated due date of offers to 12:00 PM EST on Monday, 22 April 2025 to reflect the deadline in Section L of the solicitation document. Dover AFB is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Equipment Load Testing. It is understood and agreed that this BPA obligates the Government only to the extent that authorized calls are made against it and then only when delivery against such calls has been completed.

The contractor will be responsible for transportation of all required load testing on an annual basis for the equipment listed on Attachment 1 to and from Dover AFB. They will provide all labor, testing equipment, materials and incidentals unless otherwise specified. No alterations, additions, or deletions shall be made to the equipment unless prior approval is given in writing by equipment owner.

Equipment will be delivered to the owner within 7 days in an acceptable manner after performing the required load tests. All certifications will be garnished within 10 days of the load test and are good for one calendar year starting on the date tested unless stated otherwise by the equipment owner.

Additionally, contractor will provide location and contact information for the facility in which the equipment is being tested when removed from the installation and all load test certificate correction requests to the contractor will be complied within 3 business days.
