**Amendment:** This amendment is written to include the total quantity of Hyper Concealable™ HYPERLINE™ Level IIIA - Black, ballistic vests needed and to extend of the date for reponses. Interested organizations may submit clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide the needed commodity in writing to daniel.kim.55@us.af.mil and sydney.hocker.1@us.af.mil and 436CONS.PKB.ORG@us.af.mil no later than 4:30 pm (EST), 14 February 2025. To meet the requirements stated in DAFI 31-118: SF personnel conducting law enforcementoperations must have lightweight body armor with minimum threat level II or higher, AFSC SMARTNet website was utilized to find a list of approved equipment.

The Government intends to procure from only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a single source.
