## Description

Amendment 11/12/2024 The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Add Brand Name Justification.

The 436th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a direct award to DOMINION AIR & MACHINERY CO. (SAM UEI: G5NJKNAMHH13) for KAESER KBS-75 BREATHING AIR SYSTEM. The Government intends to procure from only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a single source. Interested organizations may submit clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide the needed performance services in writing to anna.george.2@us.af.mil and james.meeks.1@us.af.mil no later than 10:00 am (EST), 18 November 2024.
