## Description

Repair Transit Ramp Asphalt Phase 1, Dover Air Force Base, DE THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The 436th Contracting Squadron is seeking sources for a potential service contract at Dover Air Force Base (AFB). Dover AFB anticipates awarding a best value construction contract under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction with the small business size standard of $45M.

The purpose of this Sources Sought/Synopsis is to conduct market research to determine if responsible small business concerns exist for a potential competitive small business set aside. The Sources Sought/Synopsis is to determine potential sources, for information, and for planning purposes only. This Sources Sought/Synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, or ultimately award a contract.

Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this Sources Sought/Synopsis. The Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this Sources Sought/Synopsis. If adequate responses are not received from the above-mentioned concerns, the acquisition may be solicited in another manner.

This construction contract will require services to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform repair of Transient Ramp Phase 1 at Dover AFB, Delaware in a manner that will ensure their serviceability and prevent deterioration in value or effectiveness. The construction contract will be a best value price service contract that provides all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform repair of Transient Ramp Phase 1. The contract term will be for a base period of 45 days.
