## Description

The 436 Airlift Wing Command Section in building 201, the primary Command Post, ICC and EOC in building 203, and alternate Command Post, ICC and EOC in building 639, tertiary Command Post ICC and EOC in building 714, on Dover Air Force Base, have a requirement to control personnel access to these facilities.

**AMENDMENT 1 AS OF 10 JULY 2024:** The purpose of this amendment is to reschedule the site visit to 17 July 2024 at 10:00 AM EST and extend the Questions Response Deadline to 25 July 2024 (no later than 10:00 AM EST) and Quote Response Deadline to 7 August 2024 (no later than 10:00AM EST)
