3 May 2024 Amendment FA449724Q00350001 Updated Salient Characteristic.

PAGE BREAK--- 2 May 2024 The 436th Contracting Squadron plans to issue a direct award to Dominion Air & Machinery Co. (SAM UEI: G5NJKNAMHH13) to fulfill the specific requirement outlined in the attached Salient Characteristics. The Government intends to procure from a single source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), which allows for soliciting from a single source.

Dominion Air & Machinery is designated as the exclusive authorized source by Kaeser Compressors, Inc. for purchasing and installing Kaeser air compressors along the East Coast Region. Interested organizations must submit clear and convincing written evidence supporting the requirement to Lt. Tyler Christensen at tyler.christensen.15@us.af.mil and Anna George at anna.george.2@us.af.mil no later than May 8, 2024, at 1:00 PM EST.
