The 765th Contracting Flight is conducting market research to determine potential sources having the skills and capabilities of providing Education Advisor and WAPS support services. The service is detailed in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The place of performance is Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) assigned to this acquisition is 611710 Education Support Services.
