The Contractor shall provide own personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, services necessary to perform bird waste cleaning as defined in this Performance Work Statement. Contractor shall ensure all personnel requiring access to the installation possess valid, federally compliant identification credential in accordance with current REAL ID Act. Work will be scheduled and conducted in accordance to the PWS. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order FOB Point is Destination.
