## Description

The 87th Air Base Wing (ABW) Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey is procuring a new requirement to pre-stage multimedia equipment to communicate incident response procedures to a 125,000-person crowd during the 2025 Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL) Open House and Air Show (OHAS). To use these multimedia capabilities to share our Joint Base story with the audience both in-person and virtually. The period of performance is 15-19 May 2025. The OHAS Jumbotron and Live Stream Broadcast specifications must be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and solicitation amendment.
