## Description

This is the official solicitation for the FY25 Underground Utilities recompete at JB MDL NJ. Please read through the solicitation in its entirety and view all attachments before submitting questions. The work consists of, but is not limited to:

repair existing and construction of new water, sanitary sewer, and storm water systems; repair and construction of lift stations and water wells; and repairs and improvements to water and sewer treatment plants; repairs and improvements to infrastructures, horizontal and vertical concrete work, asphalt paving, excavation, asphalt removal, leveling, grading, compaction, aggregate, tack coats, and pavement striping.
