## Description

This is the official solicitation for the FY25 Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) recompete at JB MDL NJ. Please read through the solicitation in its entirety and view all attachments, as well as the Amendment noting the Site Visit change to the Seed Project. The work consists of, but is not limited to:

tasks in a variety of trades such as earth work, excavation, infrastructure, water distribution system, sanitary sewer, storm drain, electrical, telecommunications, cast-inplace concrete, masonry, structural steel, framing, roofing, carpentry, mill work, painting, plumbing, mechanical, lead and lead based paint abatement/removal, asbestos abatement/removal, site work, road and parking lot paving, airfield pavement, HAZMAT surveys and other specialty and general contracting work.
