## Description

This period of performance date has been amended as follows:

CLIN 0001 to 30 Sept 2024 - 29 Sept 2025 and CLIN 0002 to 30 Sept - 31 March 2026.

The 787 CES requires the procurement of Cost Estimating Software in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Contractor shall include all necessary username and passwords or other applicable methods access for twenty-five (25) accounts that can be used simultaneously for cost estimating purposes; of cost estimating software, RS Means Online or equivalent must be Construction Specification Institute Master format or equivalent based.

Reponses are due no later than Monday 16 September 2024 by 5:00pm Eastern Time. Any questions maybe be directed to the Contract Specialist, Rodney Brown at rodney.brown.24@us.af.mil NLT 11 September 2024 by 12:00pm Eastern Time. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 513210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $47 Million. The Product Service Code is 7A20.

Failure to provide pricing on all CLINS will be considered a nonconforming proposal and will preclude the proposal from any further award consideration. Award will be made on the following factors: 1) Technical Acceptability, 2) Price.
