## Description

**Estimated Period of Performance:** 01 June – 20 June The government is seeking sources for boats for Maritime Personnel Recovery and Search and Rescue in the Philippines. Boats would need to be available for operations in Claveria, Calayan, Batan, Itbayat, and Sabtang. Description of requirement: Boats to support Personnel Recovery and Search and Rescue alerts depending on certain injects within the overall exercise scenario as determined by the technical point of contact.

Boats MUST be capable of traveling on the open ocean to either the West or East of the specified locations. Target boat size is forty feet or greater and boats MUST be able to operate with a 200-mile round trip range. Planned exercise operations will not require more than a 50 mile round trip range; however, real-world emergencies may require further movements not to exceed a total round trip range of 200 miles (100 mile radius). For recovery boats, contractor shall use faster and larger vessels.

Boat MUST have enclosed cabin space and be able to operate at night. Seaworthy and vessels suitable for the missions to be conducted by USG personnel. The contractor shall provide a capable crew to operate each boat. ALL applicable local maritime authority or guidance to allow the uninterrupted work by USG personnel. Coordinate and retain the vessels for the agreed upon period. Crews be willing and able to insert and recover personnel from the water.

Be on standby for the duration of the exercise to support any requirements the USG may have. A total of 4 total boats will be required to fully support mission requirements; however, all 4 will not be required for the entire exercise period. Responses should be provided no later than 24 May 3:30 PM EDT. This is not a solicitation, the government is only seeking sources.
