After conducting market research it was found this company is the only one that can provide the needed product, this procurement falls under FAR 6.302-1. Wamore, Inc. are the only source capable of fulfill the specifications of this requirement. Please see the attached SPEC - Wireless Gate Release for additional information. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued based on the responses from this post. All responsible sources may submit a quote which may be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. The responder must be capable of fulfilling ALL charachteristics outlined in the Performance Work Statement Document. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
