Due to the nature of this repair, it is a requirement for ALTEC Inc. to perform the needed repairs. Removal, material purchase, and overhaul of the upper boom, which requires the upper boom removed from the chassis and replaced with new parts provided by the Altec. After the successful replacement, the boom is to be reinstalled and operationally checked for proper function.
