## Description

The Air Force requires a T770 T4 Bobcat Compact Track Loader with accessories as specified in the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and spec sheet. The capability to use existing attachments and parts are the main requirements needed to meet mission needs. Contractor shall provide the following:

1. T770 T4 Bobcat Compact Track Loader Item Number M0285, Standard Equipment: 92 HP Tier 4 Diesel Engine, Air Intake Heater (Automatically Activated)

**Auxiliary Hydraulics:** Variable Flow, Backup Alarm, Bob-Tach, Bobcat Interlock Control System (BICS) Control.

2. Bobcat Standard, Engine/Hydraulic Systems Shutdown, Horn, nstrumentation: Engine Temp & Fuel Gauges, Hourmeter, RPM and Warning Lights, Lift Arm Support, Lift Path:

**Vertical Lights, Front & Rear Operator Cab, Includes:**

Adjustable Suspension Seat, Top & Rear Windows, Seat Bar, Seat Belt, Roll Over Protective Structure (ROPS) meets SAE-J1040 & ISO 3471, Falling Object Protective Structure (FOPS) meets SAE-J1043 & ISO 3449.

**3. Level I Parking Brake:** Spring Applied, Pressure Released (SAPR)

**Solid Mounted Carriage with 5 Rollers, Tracks:** Rubber, 17.7" wide.

**Warranty:** 2 years, or 2000 hours whichever occurs first.

**4. 1 Each Deluxe Package M0285-P11-C12:**

**Includes:**

Enclosed HVAC Cab, Adjustable Heated Cloth Air Ride Seat, Power Bob-Tach, Keyless Ignition, Deluxe Display, Standard Lights, Attachment Control, Single Direction Bucket Positioning, Two-Speed Travel, Telematics - Machine IQ, 3yr Standard Telematics Subscription, Ride Control , Reversing Fan.

5. 1 Each Selectable Joystick Controls (SJC) M0285-R01-C04, 1 Each (pack of 2) 17.7" Multi-Bar Tracks M0285-R09-C05.

6. 1 Each High Flow Hydraulics M0285-R03-C03.

7. 1 Each Tier 4 Forestry Applications Kit, M Series 7257723.

8. 1 Each Engine Compartment Seal Kit, 700 Series 7309976.

9. 1 Each FECON Aux Kit, With freight and dealer assembly charges. Used for snow removal in parking lots and sidewalks, dirt work in small areas, forestry mowing, pole digging, and multiple other uses with current attachments already in stock with end user. Freight, Destination and Dealer Assembly The T770 T4 Bobcat Compact Track Loader shall meet all the requirements in the attached spec sheet. It is the intention of the Government to award one purchase order in response to this solicitation. The one (1) offer with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) will be selected to receive the contract in response to this solicitation.

1. All questions are due via email to all POC's listed on the solicitation NLT 4:00 PM (CDT) – 09 August 2024. Answers will subsequently be posted on SAM.gov.

2. Quotes in response to this solicitation must be submitted via email to the primary and secondary POC’s listed on SAM solicitation no later than 4:00 PM (CDT) 23 August 2024. ** PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT. PLEASE SEE BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION ATTACHMENT. **
