The contractor shall provide lodging, either buffet or plated food selections sufficient to provide four full meals, and a training space at a site coordinated with 19 MSG/HC in Hot Springs, AR from 19-21 JUL 24. The venue must house 90 individuals, a minimum of 90 single occupancy rooms. The contractor is responsible for all lodging, meals, incidentals, and any other costs incurred by the contractor.
