## Description

Fiber connectivity is required to provide 19 CES dorm managers the capability to access the AFNET from the specific dorm, which they have been assigned to manage. Also, fiber connectivity provisions the Energy Management Control Systems (EMCS) the means to remotely control/monitor consumption of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), lighting, and water heating systems of the facilities.

The Statement of Objectives (SOO) defines the requirements for the Contractor to engineer, furnish, install and test (EFI&T) new maintenance hole/duct-bank infrastructure and single mode fiber optic cable (FOC) to connect Dorms 714, 718 and 846 to existing base fiber optic infrastructure (ITB 988) at Little Rock AFB, AR.
