The Simulations contain technical and non-technical information and data of a confidential nature, including trade secrets and proprietary information, techniques, models, inventions, know-how, processes, algorithms, firmware, mask works, software programs, software source documents, formulae and data bases related to the current future and proposed products and services of the products and includes, without limitation, information concerning research, experimental work, development, design details, specifications and engineering, all of which are the property of Slitherine. Such simulations, products and all PROPRIETY INFORMATION contained therein may only be used by third parties under licence, or other expressly written permissions of Slitherine. It was determined that there was not competition able to confirm the authorization of license distribution for the required 3 year contract, and at this time no other software meets the Government's need for this highly specialized modeling and simulation software.
